As an Engineer (from IIT) and MBA (from IIM-Bangalore) with rich professional experience of over 35 years in managing multicultural, multilingual Teams in India and Overseas, managing Overall Business Operations with P&L Accountability, General Management, dealing with multiple verticals and multifunctional activities with a multi-product Portfolio and Services, Kamalesh Roy added immense value for our organisation.
Worked in India, covering PAN India and the subcontinent as General Manager and in Overseas as General Manager, Business Head, and Country Manager by being based in Africa (Nigeria) and later in the Middle East, by being based in different Countries (KSA, UAE, Oman).
His hands-on experience managing business operations in engineering, manufacturing, and projects in the oil and energy, renewable energy, and chemical (branded & bulk) sectors is valuable for our business operations and diversification.
